Kulanu is an initiative to foster service leadership development and peer learning among those who already lead or aspire to lead. It’s a Chavurah or Community of Practice model for ba’alei tefillah – service leaders, creating horizontal knowledge-sharing, skill development, and mutual chizzuk – support.
